Basic membership includes:

• Unlimited, direct, timely access to your pediatrician, who is thoughtful, attentive and knows your family and child well.

• Unlimited texts, phone calls, email, and video appointments with your pediatrician. 

• Well Visits: Extended, comfortable, unhurried, convenient in-home visit and no waiting room. 

• Personalized pediatric primary care for your children. All well visits are in-home. Urgent care and chronic care management are conducted via the convenience of telemedicine.

• Care is personalized and tailored to your family's needs and may include:​

  • Newborn support and education

  • Prenatal, postpartum and lactation education and support.

  • Developmental/behavioral screenings and support

  • Nutrition and lifestyle evaluations and guidance

  • Sick or problem-based visits

  • Chronic care visits (such as asthma, eczema, allergies, obesity or constipation)

  • School, sports or camp physical paperwork

  • Coordination of medical care.

Dr. Ashley has an electronic medical record system in which families can review clinic notes, growth charts, handouts, consultant notes, review appointments and child visit summaries and more. All members connect directly with Dr. Ashley on Spruce Health, a HIPAA-compliant healthcare communicating platform in which patients can directly text or call Dr. Ashley.

Fees:

Membership fees are based on the age of the youngest child, number of children in the family and the type of plan you choose. Please contact our office for more details.

As a direct care practice, we do not have any contracts with insurance companies and thus are unable to accept insurance payments. However, your insurance may reimburse you for any visits or vaccines if covered under your out-of-network benefits. Please contact a representative from your insurance company for more information. As is true for most private practice physicians, we can likely order medications, order labs/imaging or refer to subspecialty care as needed and you can use your insurance to cover those expenses if you have a PPO plan.
